Born and raised in New Hampshire, I have called the seacoast area of New Hampshire my home since 1997. I currently live in Stratham, NH with my wife, three children, and two very excitable labs.
In addition to photography, I have been an educator for most of my adult life. I have been a middle and high school teacher, and a school and district level administrator. My background in education coupled with my passion for photography, have not only allowed me to finely tune my photography, but also allowed me to become a keen teacher of the art as well. Thus, my strong interest in providing affordable, hands-on workshops for those interested in improving their own photography.
I owned my first SLR in high school and my first DSLR in 2000. During that time I grew a sincere interest in trying to capture the natural beauty found in landscape, cityscape, and architectural photography. Most of my post-processing is completed in Lightroom and Photoshop and is designed to provide the most accurate, sharp rendition of the scene captured.
What I most appreciate about photography is that I am never truly done learning my craft. I am always trying new techniques, equipment, and processes in an effort to truly improve the product I provide my clients.
